The administrative and operational headquarter is located in the industrial town of Ariccia (Rome) where it owns a factory of about 2,400 sqm.
The company includes several departments of carpentry, painting, stone and metal working, and it owns vehicles for shipment and delivery.
This structure allows the management to deal with several sites simultaneously, and respect delivery times agreed with customers.
The team (carpenters, plasterboard, plumbing, heat, electricians, etc.) is able to realize any kind of request and guarantee high quality of final realization, following a “tailor made” approach.
The Company is composed of three areas:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
the project manager takes care of the relationship with client and his designers, coordinating all the elements of the project, including definition of logistics and timings;
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:
the construction manager is responsible for building works on site and verifies the executive design elements. He also coordinates the single intervention and he is the supervisor of the workforce.
ADMINISTRATION:
the role of this department is management and commercial administration.
